Background in Nutrition and Life Coaching
Nutrition by definition means "the process of providing or obtaining the food necessary for health and growth."
Nutrition is essential for living a healthy life and for me my journey began when I was diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome). For the past 12 years, I have been researching and studying nutrition, its applications, biochemical breakdowns, and especially, how to apply it in a way that can affect change to improve health outcomes as well as life outcomes. I am currently working on a Master's Degree in Public Health Epidemiology to further my research and knowledge of fundamental aspects to the nature of our behavior within our environment, and how it influences our health on an individual, social, and global scale.
As a dedicated and passionate person who has seen a way through the challenges of chronic illness and a bad diet, I am here to help you meet your goals.
